@@VolvoxUsagiVT YES!. If you are in doubt, you can use port-2 (2.5GBE) LAAN/WAN port. That port works as both LAN and WAN. You would get internet any way.

Hi, I have just installed a intel be200 WIFI 7 card into my intel laptop. I have connected to my Asus gt-be98 6GHZ & MLO network and the max speeds i have seen 1ft from router & 20ft roughly are rubbish 1.4gb down & 2gb upload. I have installed the latest driver for the card and also set my router to 320MHZ. I just feel really disappointed with the speeds. I am on 2.3gb symmetrical connection. I don’t think these cards are proper WIFI 7

2.3Gbps is basically for a one link.Currently there cards don't support MLO. They would be in the future firmware.

I setup my my Iperf system and can tell you that these chipsets can go more than 4Gbps one direction.

I dont think there is any generation for this model. If you wanna go for m18, then you can select i7 or i9 for 14th generation. The ultra core is basically good for let computed tasks. If your daily tasks or gaming specifications qualify the required demands using ultra core, go for it. Otherwise, i7 and i9 are always good for high computation load.

It might. Not sure! I tried this with Intel's board and it works perfectly. If you have AMD board, try qcncm865 wifi module from qualcom

@@NunYaBeezWax80 they are powerful as well! They are working as a switch as well. Besides that, there are many wifi chipsets in a single router that support multiple bands. Also, the router has two 10G ethernet ports!
