The kitchen sink is unfortunately placed in a dark position as the sunlight is blocked by a protruding panel.I would prefer the kitchen sink to be in a bright sunlit position.

This is not a 3 room hdb but a 4 room instead because I have attached toilet. U cannot create another toilet for a 3 bedroom
@HanY-gf3sx8 ай бұрын
Really nice overall! Just the master toilet is abit inconvenience that shower and toilet bowl is 2 separate doors. Correct me if i'm wrong, You can't go directly to shower after poop vice versa. You need open door to get out and open door to go in again and make the outside easily wet.

See you even have a large size bathtub, recommend to install a HOUSE UNIT HD-12 at main pipe after water meter to structure the hard tap water into Soft energized water like a mountain spring in your own home. It also prevent the hard minerials issue from tap water over time for easy maintenance of hardwares like taps, shower heads, wc, water heater etc. See my posting on carou-sell "HOUSE UNIT HD-12 for HDB flats". Thanks.

Imagine spending tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars on a “property” you can “own” for only 99 years
@susanng72983 жыл бұрын
Not just in tenure of the place but should kids come along, then what ? Of course start looking for a bigger place! Nothing is forever - I know cos I shifted homes 5x myself In short, don’t spend too much $$$ on one place. 😊
@real4life3353 жыл бұрын
@@susanng7298 it’s more about the fact that HDB units are never good “property” investments because you can only “fake own” it for 99yrs. Doesn’t make sense. This is one of the British’s worst gifts to Singapore- the idea of a leasehold property. And people are fooled by the government into thinking they should “invest” in a property they never actually own and depreciates in value over time.
@susanng72983 жыл бұрын
Well it’s own home so it’s understandable that one wants to do it up. But my take is not to overspend. It has nothing to do with 99years or 999years or even freehold for that matter.
