Ewa looks like Argerich in this video. Both played wonderfully. I have heard so many versions of this piece (which I like very much), and I'll recommend this version to anyone who wants to listen to it for the first time.

Absolutely the best version of this Duetto! Another very good version is Ovidiu Badila/Wolfgang Güttler. But this version is a little more vivid, lively and dynamic. I can only imagine that, if Bottesini were playing this (bass 1) himself, he would be playing like in this one.

I heard it again and again, can't stop. The two octaves are like two singers. One is older, with more deep feelings, as if it were the memories of him, who has weathered all the storms of life. The other one is younger, with more subtle, tender and sensitive feelings. I like both of their singings.
