it's worth noting that Sir Alec has always portrayed himself as harsh in his stories, but EVERYONE around him has stated that he was nothing but kind. this kid in this video has (allegedly) said that the real conversation was much less harsh; Guinness asked him kindly to watch less star wars.

how prophetic. My thoughts exactly when I look at Star Wars fans and actually comic con. I've never could of imagined so much adult immaturity over products being sold for profit. Alec Guinness could still see it. The damage of compulsive behavior. All Star Wars did was allow a bunch of children to grow up into adulthood, acting like children still. I love the series, but at the end of the day and I saw the first screening people! All I can say it's pretty pathetic when a grown man is walking around in a costume not getting paid as an actor and it's not Halloween. Seriously immature men need to start growing up. And you women who embrace this bullshit. How can you ever expect to find a man?
@douglassun845622 күн бұрын
Everyone playing that telephone game, saying that Guinness was such a mean, ungrateful old man who hated Star Wars needs to hear this. Because he makes a very good point, and I say this as someone who thoroughly enjoyed A New Hope. "Star shells of madness in his eyes." That's the key phrase here. Seriously, a 12 year-old kid who had already seen Star Wars 100 times? Madness that way lies, indeed. He was a bit hard on the franchise, but he gave credit where it was due and, IMO, kept a relatively healthy perspective on it.

“We’re barely out of the fucking jungle on this planet.” ~George Carlin Scientific, evolutionary fact right there! We are literally apes that kill, rape, pillage, ravage, torture, torment, bully, oppress, suppress and hate each other! Yet we think so highly of ourselves!! What an oxymoronic species we are!!! We need to do far better than all THAT, in order to advance rather than further recess into our own primitivism, tribalism, savagery, barbarity, and irrational, superstitious nature. Religion, astrology, magical thinking, wish thinking all hold us back and keep the way we are: Monsters!

With many other apparitions, examiners tested the "seers" by jabbing needles into their arms, and if they're really in a trance, they shouldn't react at all. That would be very easy to find out.

Evolution tidbit: his eyes, in person, were blue. The videos generally show them as brown. All human eyes are made with brown pigment. A light-scattering effect within the eyes makes different colors. All blue-eyed persons share the common ancestry of someone in whom the mutation was first expressed or first occurred and then was inherited through an unbroken river of DNA to the current persons whose brown-pigmented eyes look blue. No human has blue pigment in their eyes. However, I am human and my eyes look blue.

The best lies are the ones you can't disprove, even though they're wrong and if you can't question it then it isn't science, it's indoctrination.

There are many scientists to this day that believe in political christian zionism. They dont beleive their own christianity but believe in zionism. Despite over 70 years of evidence demonstrating the road to zionism. There are many scientists to this day that are racist and would bring back colonialism. Go figure.

What troubles me is that based on the theory of evolution, we are the descendants of the Chimpanzees, and while the Chimpanzees still roam the earth, what happened to all the species that evolved from the Chimpanzees to us? Did they all die off? And if so, why did they die off and not the Chimpanzees? I guess that once humans evolve to that next level, we too as a species will be gone as well.
