Bodhidharma is neither a super human nor just a good teacher. He is the embodiment of Buddha, the one who gains the whole world by giving up himself. The one who owns the whole world but not himself. The one who owns the whole world but does nothing other than benefiting that world and does nothing that benefits himself - because he has NO SELF. That is a complete different level from the Marvel super heroes with apparently indestructible body. Bodhidharma has NO BODY at all. He is nowhere but everywhere.

While practicing for conditioning, you're doing full contact kick to condition certain parts of the body. This kick is called "snap kick". It's a common junior level kick - one of the first taught to beginners. We do this everyday because a lot of people joining us are juniors. All the other kicks you've mentioned are very junior level too - thrust, roundhouse (which I do a few counts of), side kick. They're all very basic, things we learn in the first 2 years of practicing. Please take the time to watch other videos on our channel - we've done videos on hook kicks, spin kicks, jump spin, etc. All of which are more useful in a fight than this. We also have loads of videos on hand movements, weapons, etc. The goal of this challenge is not to show off different types of kicks everyday, but to condition ourselves and drive repeatability and muscle memory. As mentioned, do watch the other videos on the channel, and if you still have genuine questions, happy to engage.

Greetings sir, I Have A Doubt, Age 26 can I do Knucke push ups only 10 reps daily? Is there any problem for bone? Plss reply sir,

We have people who have started knuckle pushups at age 13, and people who have started at age 45! So it's no problem at all. Just make sure you scale up gradually - on day 1 do 2-3 reps, then slowly increase it. By end of the month, you'll be comfortable!
