It's interesting that in the original version from "Deliverance" it's actually not duelling banjos but one duelling banjo and one duelling guitar. Ok maybe not that interesting.

Two absolutely incredible fantastic banjo players and musicians! Roy Clark and Buck Trent were phenomenal! But at the same time even though not part of this performance, let's not forget people like String Bean and the one and only Grandpa Jones! Flat and Scruggs as well! Very much missed in may they all rest in peace

2:50 Buck Trent is one of the few people who could stand their ground against Roy. If you watch, Roy is workin' it. Buck is barely paying attention. Both amazing players.
