@@orly7171 fuel mileage isn’t something we typically measure, but my personal 1500 with 3.0 duramax got 18-22 mpg with 35s on 22x10 wheels

@@NothingButLifts is this kit like a zone kit where the back end is naturally higher or is it truly a leveled kit and this customer wanted that rake look, which is why he lowered the front down.

@@franknaiman5219 the uca down travel stop, and all of the lower control arm pockets have to be modified to accept the new crossmembers. The trans crossmember has to be modified to allow the torsion bars to fit properly as well.

the wheel offset is a -18 which isn't a lot for this size truck with this much lift. The bumper design really does inhibit larger wheels and tires on the ZR2 as the metal continues into the inner fender area.

Think of this way... you are removing the factory 2" AT4 lift and replacing it with 4" lift to net 2.5" lift over the factory 2" lift. Now I realize that 2+2.5 =4.5 and not 4. The reason for that is that some trucks start out different that others depending on a variety of factory options, mileage ect. Realistically you will net at least 2" , but up to 2.5" over stock AT4 ride height. The ride height can of course be fine tuned to your liking with the adjustable coil over.

No issues with 4hi that I've seen, but being in Alabama we dont use 4hi at hwy speed all that often. all parts used are mentioned in the video. Give us a call if you like to order this setup for installation or shipped to you.

I wouldn't think that's the reason since the rear springs should have the same milage as the front springs. I I have seen different ride heights on these truck front to rear. I would just add a 1" taller block in the rear to compensate.

I believe we used BDS blocks and Cognito U bolts, but either brand will work just fine.
