Im planning on working on a project where the first stitch of every row is slipped. Does that mean the forst stitch of the cast on row has to be slipped too? Ive tried slipping the first stitch on he co row but i cant figure it out.

Thanks so much for this idea. I am currently knitting Jenn's Fern & Feather pattern, and the stated yoke depth for my size seems too shallow. I was looking for guidance on sleeve placement (other than guiding by a well-fitting sweater).

Why do some tutorials say 3rd stitch down, some 2nd stitch down and one says stitch below. It is so confusing.

So happy that you also show how to work it in the beginning of the row!🤝 Other people just show the end but I needed both versions, so thank you very much❤Also you show it very slowly, not as rushed as others, which helps me a lot

Thank You!!!! I recently purchased my first online pattern. It started talking about short rounds! I had no idea, and while the written pattern was actually pretty good, it still eluded me. This was excellent clarification. Particularly showing how the yarn is bought over - that was not remotely what I had thought it meant. Appreciate the clear visuals.

This is the best video to show left cross w/o a cable needle. Don't know why everyone has to make it so complicated, thanks for simplifying it! ❤️

An alternative is to K2tog and keep on the left needle, then k the first stitch again then pass this to the right needle letting the remaining stitch come of the left needle. I find this easier.
