I never thought my anxiety was behind rejecting any payment for the work I do. And never thought that my feeling of indebted for a gifter is actually a feeling of fear not gratitude! Woman! You've just unlocked so many doors for me. Thank you!❤

PLEAS READ ALL BEFORE REPLYING!! God wouden’t want eny of his children suffer like that, Im not denying religious trauma Im saying god loves you and What i have heard myself is religious trauma being formed is often because of how a specific someone portrays religion and therefor preasure their belief onto other’s thinking that they Will be able to Cope with religion the same way rather than religion actuelly being the problem, feel free to share you’er point of view on this topic if you like!

Yes Christianity itself or the Bible won’t cause people trauma, it is often the people who guide them. Many common forms are God´s reward system, often times kids are taught that he reward the good and punished the bad. And so, when a heavy life event happens they feel as though they are not good enough for God, that they deserve his punishment and suffering. This then lead to the result of having immense fear for God and self doubt, or resentment towards him as they believe they did not deserve his wrath as they’ve done everything they could. It’s very important that with young minds religious is exaplned carefully, they are not able to conceptualize something so huge, something detailed becomes simple in their minds. So while it may be explained different, to a child it’s as simple as, “I am scared and I am hurting, but god is always right so I am bad”. This then leads to self doubt and anxiety as they are constantly worried about being subject to an eternity of suffering. Didn’t exactly happen to me but I did live in fear and worry, always praying and crying, especially for my dad, my fear turned into hatred, only a couple years ago did I begin to let go of what it used to be, still not religious but I can see it in a different light now. I am writing a paper of it so I’m here yapping 😅

One of the most marking moments in my healing journey, was when I realised that after all the healing work I've put in, such level of awareness will only work with people who've done The work! It's truly hard seeing the ones you love still suffering and just getting worse because you cannot help someone that doesn't want to change 💔 But the good news are that you only got yourself, your life ,and your future... and saving yourself SHOULD feel ENOUGH. It's true that I couldn't help my siblings change so they can raise their kids in a better way, but at least their kids have me now as a living example of how it looks like to heal and break the cycle, I'm a living proof that it's doable and that no matter what their parents put them through, they still can succeed ❤

She does not go to the heart of the matter. Psychic vampirism is based on mental manipulation : your manipulated through your feelings to " willingly " give energy to the vampire in the name of : " love", " compassion ", or "justice " like you owe them something, or through guilt : that you should be punished or sacrificed in the name of a supposed authority. Strategy in order to weaken your attention, to fascinate you, to lower your self esteem can also be employed, as well as inducing feelings like helpsness. In some rare case powerful.vampires can bypass manipulations and go straight on , on a powerful energy attack but that is extremely rare.

Very true. Especially linked to escapism and stress distracts from depression and anxiety, which spirals into burn out and severe lack of stress-resistance.
