I don't know why anyone would waste their money on these titles. This summary video is 100% spot on. Strictly speaking you cannot call yourself anything you like in the UK. You are not allowed to place any peerage title in front of your name if you do not own the title and have the letters patent from the Crown. So you Cannot legally call yourself a Lord or Lady. You cannot call yourself Sir, or Duke, or Baron. You need a genuine title and you cannot buy a peerage title. One square foot of land in Scotland will give you absolutely zero rights. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I have bought some land for my friend as a gift on Jan 17th and my gift certificates never arrived and it is 5th of March today. It has never left UK either. I think I was just scammed. No complaints work, they just say they are sorry. I don't think they do anything good with the money either. So, don't buy and don't be fooled, they are scammers.
