Hi Aidas. Here are questions I have 1. Was the stamp duty and legals survey costs etc included in the £260,000 purchase price ? 2. Was the interest to the investors included in the £160,000 investor loan number ? 3. What was the final figure for the refurbishment cost ? 4. What was the final expected GDV after the refurbishment was completed? 5. What was the Net projected income or cashflow after all expenses and allowing for voids etc . What was the projected ROI or ROCE ?

Hi..thanks for doing this informative video. Its really helped me out! I have a question for you regarding the bed layout. Would you normally posistion a bed so that you get two bedside tables or would you put oneside of the bed against a wall? What influences factors influence that decision? Obviously having oneside against the wall would save space in the room. Thanks
