I bought lamb and it smelled like rags. It doesn’t smell very foul it just has this smell like dirty rags. It also smells the same after cooking. Is that normal?

I’ve ben making pesto and freezing it for years, but recently learned (on KZbin) that basil freezes beautifully with just a light coating of olive oil on it, in a plastic bag with the air squeezed out. It works great!

I tried pan frying firmed up, day-old polenta on the stove and it was popping like crazy, shooting lava hot projectiles all over the stove, the counter and me. I had to throw my shirt in the trash! What am I doing wrong?!?

Yeah well all the snobs say don’t set absinthe cubes on fire but I have most definitely drank twice or more top shelf quality absinthes like Jades, gron opals and many more yet I say if you want to set your absinthe on fire or use sipping pipes go right ahead and use along side fountains and spoons to impress your guests.
