Whether or not to kill Paarthurnax would actually be an important dilemma to discuss for years (as so many other dilemmas in Skyrim), if only they hadn't made Delphine so insufferable. I can see the arguments for killing him, both to bring him to justice and to stop future genocide, but I just don't want to make Delphine happy.
