Interesting design. I would have preferred a fixed handle version of Megapro ratcheting screwdriver style with double sided flip bits that included Combination (ECX) #1, #2 and Square (Robertson) #1, #2 bits.

Thanks! So is it fair to say the screws are what holds the top in place, and not the nut? Wondering if I need to make sure that nut needs to be tightened as much as possible or if that just needs to be finger tight and then crank the screws down. Thanks in advance!

just got mine in today. The most comfortable VDE tool I have used by far. Let me guess, are you guys working on some kind of accessory/attachment for this insulated screwdriver. I noticed that the bits have multiple notches at various intervals possibly for some kind of detent of some sort. Perhaps a special locking bit holder? Thanks for the worklight bonus. It is very bright indeed.

The Project Farm ratcheting screwdrivers comparison convinced me to buy the ratcheting version for each of my two favorite project partners, who both appreciate buy-it-for-life quality. The only tested metrics that kept it from being the clear-cut top performer was lack of magnetic pickup in the factory bits and bit retention in the shaft. Great engineering!

I picked up the precision model and love it. I have a Klein multibit but I broke the rubber on the handle loose and no glue seems to want to remedy it. I’ll be replacing that one with one of your drivers soon. My only complaint is no multi bits come with a Phillips/flat combo bit. It’s super handy to have the two most common bits on the same part, especially in electrical work.

Klein has a similar style screwdriver and their bits get loose over time. Do yours have that issue?

Add some cleats for a shelf and use a metal rod.

I love the Megapro. Have an assortment of them. Use the different tips w my drills also. Very tough, long lasting, etc.

I put 2 hangers and 2 bar mounts, and my wife put our daughter's clothes on the bar and 2:00 am she woke up hearing everything fall on the floor. Now I'm mounting 2" screws into the studs. This bar you installed won't hold for long.

these things are great, I drove in 4 sheet metal screws into a bike frame and no wear to the bit. Incredible
