@@tanyagonzalez9894 we lived on a plateau and got heavy winds also. It does great. Extremely sturdy and strong. It also comes with bolts that you can use to secure it to the ground (cement etc). And since it’s louvered you can leave the louvers open and the wind goes through it easily.

Thx for the vid. Can you angle it fully to get it league pop ups that go far with the lite flight or heater foam balls. I'm wondering if the ball feeder won't work properly with the machine angled totally upwards to simulate fly balls. And how far approx do foam balls go. Hardball probably can't go to far, I'd imagine. But if foam balls go 260- 280 feet, with the ball feeder working properly, I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Looking to do solo Outfield work.
@paullynch8466Ай бұрын
Haven't tried foam balls, but the feeder is cylindrical and we get good consistent exits a Ross the full range of launch angles. Id say +/- about 30 degs in a glenis able to be quickly set and changed with just one knob twist.

How long it takes to fill the base with water? What about with sand? In a case of a big storm, and you want to put it away, How long it takes to empty the water? what about the sand? Can you remove the pole without the base? If you want to move the umbrella to a farther part of the pool, Is it to heavy to lift the base with the sand? thank you for answering all this 6 questions and more.
@carrielynne17793 ай бұрын
@@alfonsomartinez1657 hello and thanks for watching. The base only takes a few minutes to fill with water and to empty the water. You just put a hose in to fill it and to empty it turn it on its side or use a pump to pump it out. Sand takes a little longer to fill and getting it out of course takes quite a bit longer because you have to get it back out through the hole in the top. The base is comprised of two pieces. You shouldn’t ever need to empty it for storms because it’s really simple to take the umbrella itself out of the base and store it. Ours are filled with water and we have never had to do that though, even with tornado warnings we have just closed the umbrella. Once filled the base is very heavy and would be very difficult to pick up, especially with sand.
