Vinny, like Jerma can't let himself be compromised by being seen actively doing his voices and sounds.

Crack was big in the early 80s through the 90s. Regular cocaine can be snorted or injected (and taken a few other ways if you're particularly adventurous), but can't be smoked. Making it into crack changes it to a form that can be burned and inhaled. As a result, it's more immediately potent but less lasting, and insanely more addictive. I don't believe it's possible to overdose on it, either. Use of it mostly died out because if you have cocaine, just do the cocaine; it's more enjoyable and less likely to ruin your life or make you set yourself on fire like it did Richard Pryor. There's a fairly prevalent theory that crack was developed and distributed by the US government in poor, black, and gay populations in the US to fund covert missions in South America. Normally these kind of rumors are baseless, but the farther we get from anyone still being alive to be held accountable, the more information is declassified that really lends to that theory. When Jimmy Carter finally kicks it, we're probably going to get some wild details.

I'm not surprised that he used to say slurs, the first videos of vinny I saw were stuff like ralph bluetawn and mario bros incest joke, which were hilarious, but his image was 100% a stinky edgy gamer and the thing that really surprised me is watching his streams from the past few years and finding out he's actually a nice guy? With "I hope Joel isn't mad at me" and "it breaks my heart to disappoint people", it was mindblowing to hear the words of a sensitive guy slip out of the funni pizzapasta man. I think he really has changed and become "old and boring" as he put it but I think it's a change for the better. Back in the early 2010s I also think there was more of a gamer bubble, interacting with only the same white guys, I think it's not like he's being bullied into changing (because it would be easy to cancel him with vids like this if you wanted to) but that as social media grew, we got exposed to a variety of different perspectives and I think he thought for himself and got outside of himself a little if that makes sense. He also still does nasty stinky jokes like the recent "rotten womb" bit haha.

One thing I love about these clips is that like, he doesn't act like this anymore. Like sure things like this could hurt people and he's never meant any harm by it but he also seems to know how things like this *could* hurt people. Really goes to show how he's changed from his edgelord gamer phase. When it comes to dark jokes it's all about recognizing your audience and understanding how, as an entertainer, you're here to entertain, and that means you aren't to do anything that hurts folks. Like I find these jokes funny as someone who is not only disabled but also LGBT+, but there's going to be someone out there who won't find it funny. Plus. you know. Self proclaimed "allies" to these groups that take everything too seriously and cancel everything in sight. Before folks DO try to cancel him, he doesn't act like this anymore. Yes there's still the occasional dark joke (which i fucking love unlike those pansies on Twitter) but these guys are also you know, supporters of the groups they seem to, as twitter would put it, "target." They also don't fling slurs around anymore as far as I know.

This is your reminder that we could have this same Vinny now, if it wasn’t for all you limp wristed zoomers and millenials who would run crying to youtube to snitch on our Vinny. I wish I had known this version of Vinny. The internet was a better place before it was flooded with leftoids addicted to their safe spaces. Hopefully in the future you will all be in padded rooms and Vinny will be able to do and say and think whatever he wants.
