Is their a type of headboard or something so the pillows dont fall to the back of the bed?

Hi Jack! We're sorry to hear that the pillows falling off the bed are a problem. We have a couple suggestions here that have worked for customers in the past and I will list them below: 1. The use of a felt wedge pillow 2. You can scoot the platform in towards the cabinet a bit and then put pillows between the headboard shelf and the bed and that creates a good barrier (if it's a Horizontal bed, then you can rotate the mattress platform to put the head of the bed in towards the cabinet) 3. Some customers have built a board to put in place when they go to sleep 4. You could also try pulling the bed out a little and using the backs of chairs as a barrier Hope these suggestions help! and please feel free to reach out with any other questions!

It would be better if it was automated. I'm handicappable; but, not fully capable of heavy lifting, or standing for long periods of time.

Just ordered this exact bed and this video is only 1yr old but the video doesn’t match my paper instructions at all. Also there are no holes near the locks as mentioned in the second step of this video. Feeling pretty stressed out about this project now

Agreed. Unnecessary on that part. It's like, so many cuts in a video with only 10 seconds? I thought it was going to be at least a minute or so. I must say, I'm disappointed.

This product is great! It works as a bookcase/shelf and as a bed. Mowgli - you transfer the stuff on the bookcase to the shelf on the bed.

I need one of these but I've measured my room and will only have 8 inches between the bed and the wall when it's lowered. Would I be able to push the bed and bed frame further in towards the wall

Great question! Once the mattress platform is fully lowered, you are welcome to manually maneuver that since the platform and cabinet are not connected to one another. You can gain about 12" off the end of the bed by pushing that in towards the cabinet. Feel free to email us at [email protected] if there's anything else we can help with along the way!
