Хрень полная, кольцо снаружи, оно и так отдельно. Нужно поместить кольцо во внутрь, между нитками. Кстати от туда тоже вынимается.

You should not really solve "the 3rd row", it's just counterproductive. If you have 2 rows solved, start solving 4x2 part from left to right, 2 tiles at a time: 13 and 9, then 10 and 14. The rest 3 tiles are trivially solved.
