The downside of the corner is you don’t have much depth with the backyard. Sometimes only front yard.

I can help you grow your KZbin channel. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribers are very less. To increase subscribers and viewers. You need to do channel SEO. Your videos are not purely SEO. Your SEO score is too low. SEO score you need to be over 80. Video SEO and organic promotion are the main reasons why videos go viral. If you do SEO and promotion your channel will get lots of subscribers and visitors and you will be able to monetize your channel within few days.

Nice format for your first podcast. Congrats. My question is, if I have the cash for purchasing the land until plans are approved and only then switch to a construction loan,( rinse and repeat) would you still prefer CDC over DA?
@theresidentialdeveloper7 ай бұрын
@@AdamRawson-c8k often the CDC pathway is much better even in this format as the time frames for CDC approval are predictable, it enables you to secure the builder and manage the time frames
@lindsaywebb16507 ай бұрын
It's cheaper and quicker. The only time a DA might be better is if your design is more creative (does more with less, or is a little unusual) because the Low Rise Diversity Housing Code is fairly prescriptive to ensure the consequences of bad design isn't so damaging. Also zero lot lines aren't permitted in the code so this might be worth it for the project.
@theresidentialdeveloper6 ай бұрын
@@lindsaywebb1650 very true, the front setbacks can be a killer on some sites as well, often times this will mean a DA if the two neighbouring blocks have substantial front setbacks
