I did it the very first time I tried it. I think that anyone with a small belly has the ability to do it. It’s not the training of muscles, but rather your anatomical position. It’s like you want to draw a straight line of bone support for your body, from the feet, to knees/hands, elbows to shoulders, all in a straight line. And now the abdominal cavity can get loosened up. Two or three people have done it on their first try after explaining the above. May luck be with you.

Nice video thanks. My dad showed me how to do this in the 70s. He had a book about yoga and he would practice that a bit I guess.
