Is the breathing pattern regular during the different steps we do ?

i used to watch espn game when i was a kid. I really miss that show! it is a piece of lost media now as you can't find episodes of it anywhere. Thank you for the memories!

How long would you suggest practicing each stage? How many repeats per day and how many days, weeks, months for each stage?

I did it the very first time I tried it. I think that anyone with a small belly has the ability to do it. It’s not the training of muscles, but rather your anatomical position. It’s like you want to draw a straight line of bone support for your body, from the feet, to knees/hands, elbows to shoulders, all in a straight line. And now the abdominal cavity can get loosened up. Two or three people have done it on their first try after explaining the above. May luck be with you.

Nice video thanks. My dad showed me how to do this in the 70s. He had a book about yoga and he would practice that a bit I guess.
