I kept asking myself why I let things get to a point to where I felt deeply unhappy and stayed…but with a lot of self-reflection and shadow work I’ve come to terms with it and take accountability for my self control and consent. It’s in the past and I pray to never have to deal with that experience again because I’ll catch it early and remove myself for my sanity. Lol

Shadow Work Questions: - 1. What are your core values and why? - 2. If you fully accepted yourself for who you are, what kinds of things would you stop doing today? 3. If someone was talking about you behind your back, what is the thing that they could say that would hurt your feelings the most and why? Enjoy! <3

That man is playing games with you - ditch him. Date and love yourself. God is not punitive like that. Be direct about what you want and provide a time-frame for your potential partner. I started searching at 30 yo and used multiple platforms but found that OkCupid (paid account) allows you and your potential partner to write a self-narrative and answer close to 100 questions - you also select what answers are acceptable. I found and married a 96% match, and now have been together for five years.

I'm a few years older, and saying that dating is hard is an understatement. I was in a couple of relationships that really did a number on me, and after therapy, I came away with: "Grant this person trust because they have not given you any reason to doubt them. You cannot treat them like they're your exes and be afraid of the worst every time." So, my advice is to have the fun you're wanting, and while doing that, sit with what worked and didn't work in your past relationships. Be honest with the people you date, too. Try to be as open as you can because the other person cannot fall in love with a wall. You seem to have a great head on your shoulders (though, I'll admit this is my first video I've seen from you), so I honestly think you'll do great. Take your time with it, and enjoy this time to get to know yourself again. Wishing you the best of luck and hoping for your continued happiness and success!

It’s all weird and confusing.. that’s just who he is. Sad but lots of confused and mixed up people.. if it’s clear and obvious then it’s real.. if it’s perplexing then something is wrong.. 😑 and I think we analyze and make excuses but if something is weird it’s weird.. don’t be scared to trust your gut and disconnect

In as much as you're not looking for a relationship, I realized that it's importance to judge men by their ACTIONS & GHOST then when you realize they're not serious. If a man isn’t coming at you with clear masculine energy, honestly and consistently then just drop him. They always know the right thing to do/what they're doing. You kept responding/engaging/explaining yourself when you should've just gone silent straight up.
@nikevabrown66142 күн бұрын
It’s simple. Men initiate, women reciprocate. If a man doesn’t initiate then there’s no contact. Problem and drama solved. Don’t give them any energy unless they’ve given you some energy and even then keep it light. Your life should be so full that you barely know who’s who when they contact you. Actual facts!

Right you are. You should be a love coach. There's a man I like. We r just in talking phase. He's made it clear he's attracted but hasn't asked for a date yet. It's only been a few weeks. Am I being impatient?

I'll go with Option A: He's not that into you. You spent an unnecessary amount of time trying to analyze his behavior. We do that.

I think you are right ! You don’t necessary attract what you are I agree. I’m not a club person, or really superficially interested in certain things. But boastful scammer money flashing men come to see trying to impress me but we don’t have much in common and they aren’t smart or intelligent or financially literate or usually don’t take care of themselves lbs, health wise , but hey idk .

It’s obvious that you’re very smart and self-aware. There’s a sense of not-seriousness coming from this guy you encountered. Whether he noticed you were attracted to him and just wanted attention or whatever, it does sound conceited and annoying. And emotionally it would throw off anyone a little bit to have an experience with somebody manipulating for no apparent reason. The only advice I would think for you and myself (I’m also in my 30’s) is to not acknowledge attraction at first and let somebody see you from a neutral place as possible so that way you don’t have to waste your time with random men trying to be humbling❤

Regular Dove Sensitive skin body wash is perfect also. I stopped using feminine wash in February. That causes odor/itch to worsen. I know it sounds weird to some people, washing with a light exfoliation glove, and plain water eliminates odor, as well. I was at my wits end because Lumi is supposed to keep odor at bay, but I was using it everyday just for a tiny bit of relieve. No lie, after the first time washing in the shower with just plain water (it also helps if you have a handheld shower head), I felt the difference immediately. I used Lumi again, and didn't have to apply for another 72 hours or so (I used it for natural light odor from sweat, and using the bathroom). Just to use something (I love suds), I used to Dove Sensitive skin.

Average math would be that your coffee costs $6. If you go every single day that you work, assuming that you have a 5 day a week job, that’s $30 per week not including tips. Say you get 2 weeks vacation every single year at this full-time job. That’s 50 weeks a year, 30×50 is $1500. That $1,500 is not even going to be a drop in the bucket of you putting a down payment on a house (at least not where I live) if that makes you feel any better. POINT: Get the coffee/matcha, girl 😭
