You got to be careful purchasing from individuals and also dealers going out of business. He could be on the hook to Matco for 40 or 200 grand! Theretically you don't know if he paid Matco for the box! An individual is probably better off buying the large Husky or an Icon box. Husky 24 deep is $1499 and with 20% off you can get the Icon low as $2400.
