Got modded during the renovation. Has Innovation buttons now. What brand is this elevator as I cant seem to identify it. The Adams slap on does not help but the indicator certainly does.

Looks like controller has a bad mercury switch! Probably an old LFE controller. Modern controllers would have defaulted to all side red flash mode if there is such a problem!!

This isnt a malfunction. It's a timed traffic signal. Timed traffic signals are signals that have phases that automatically change even if no one is there. Most of the time, timed signals are put in busy intersections to keep traffic moving. This is a weirdly but timed signal as it is not really in a busy place.

Normally, it’s set up as a detectior actuated signal. When the detector malfunctions, it defaults to max recall, essentially running in presumed mode for its maximum interval. I think that when I broke, they didn’t bother to repair it and just left it to cycle 24/7.
