Un concerto indiimenticabile di un pianista considerato per la stampa internazionale ".... un miracolo ... gia entrato nella leggenda dello strumento .... trasmette gioia .... passione...". Immenso Yunchan ❤❤❤
@vhar5658Сағат бұрын

Tchaikovsky and Mussorgsky… the seasons and pictures brought me to love classical music and it’s so overwhelming to see it performed by none other than Yunchan

I'm currently in the process of learning this piece as a non-pianist, and can surely say that it's one of the most beautiful songs from the series. The crystal clear melody, F# reprise and the double culmination just opens an another level of feelings

Well done Yunchan. We are waiting for Goldberg Variations, Chopin’s Preludes and Schumann’s Kreisleriana. Take care ;)
Actually still "ergonomic" - Helps in E-flat major the hand has to alternate between diatonic and chromatic keys, which makes for more comfortable positions.

where is score? I'm japanese...I don't write and speak... sorry.
Can only sample these Etudes by Tatiana Nikolayeva right now, but I'm looking forward to more of them coming out. I hope you can present all 24 of them here - unlike another listener who didn't find her music all that inspiring (but was still glad it was available), I like it - well within the Russian romantic tradition that I like so much.

@@michaeledwards1172 There is actually a full score video of the whole set - check the link in the description and the pianist has already uploaded score videos of it. So I don't think I'll make the whole set, but just a few of them since I don't really understand some etudes in the set.

These little sprinkles of unique voicing are fun but to be honest they are more of a novelty than anything else. There will always be 'hidden voices' in pieces written with voice-leading principles in mind (and you can be damn sure that Chopin's music falls under this category), so it's not like you've found something particularly valuable or rare when you bring these out. It's just a trick and there are lots of points at which you could use it in any of Chopin's pieces.

While Nikolayeva was one of the finest pianists to grace this planet, her compositions are uninspiring. However, it's still really nice to hear her own compositions still!

@@SCRIABINIST This one and No. 1 is pretty good imo, I wouldn't say uninspiring.

She did not aim to be a “great composer” per se, her compositions are just simply good and beautiful.
