Woah! Wild patch! Is Beads the sound source here? So cool! I never knew Beads could do that along with providing effects too. I love those huge bow/low piano tones coming out of the patch! What’s next to pair with these you think?

I frickin' love this!! the everloving ghost of the maestro, pierre boulez.
Oh wow, only just seen this - it is outstanding!!!! 🤩Love the tones you create - especially those punchy beats. Your use of Particles is really interesting, too. I'm off to have another play with mine.
@JonModular6 ай бұрын
Thanks yassokiiba! How do you use it? I'd like you teach me new ways to use it : )
@yassokiiba6 ай бұрын
@@JonModular I was going to ask you the same! 😊 I haven't tried using multiple outputs with just one input. I've only had 3 or 4 plays with it myself, so I'm definitely not an expert. So far, I've been happiest with the results when I send it a clock at /2 of the main clock. Then, I'm sending one or two slightly faster euclidean rhythms to one or two of the trigger inputs, and a slower euclidean rhythm to another input (playing around with different loop lengths of each of these euclidean rhythms). Then I send one/two more regular triggers (e.g. just a regular steady beat at /4 of the main clock) to the other input(s). I have tried playing with the phase of these too. Then I'm playing around with the sliders and sending random looping lfos of various speeds to the "shift" and "rate" CV ins - these are usually a little slower, maybe around /16 of the main clock for example. This creates nice variations across time. In my last jam, I also sent random looping lfos to the probability and gate functions, to vary things up a little more.
@JonModular6 ай бұрын
@@yassokiibanice recipe, I'll try using as you describe! My use of it has been more simple and lazy: clock to clock input, trigger to input 1 and put in random mode. The 4 trigger outputs generated to 4 percussion sounds. Jejeje
@yassokiiba6 ай бұрын
@@JonModular Haven't tried that approach - will give it a go though. Your jams always sound great!!! :)

I appreciate when knobs are labeled with the actual function/parameter.
@JonModular7 ай бұрын
Hi sawssman965, sorry I can't understand ... do you mean you miss subtitles video? Or are you refering about how are labeled the parameters in pedal?
@g3cd7 ай бұрын
It does have some secret functions: as it basically erased all bass from whatever I threw at it and changed the sound even at 100% dry, I had to press Shift-Bypass twice to get it working as intended. Still no idea what that changed, support instructed me to do it. But out of the box, it was unusable for me and I was very close to returning it ☹️
@sawssman9657 ай бұрын
@JonModular my bad. Yea, I was being straightforward. I really so love it when gear labels the the knobs with the actual parameter, rather than some marketing speak.

@JonModular7 ай бұрын
Hi Fazet-hp4ds, thanks for your comment. Yes, maybe is too much quick demo. I wanted to show very fast how sounds this pedal without deep in it. Basicly what appears in video is some playing with delay time, reverb dry/wet, filter cutoff and distorsion. Also i tryed to share the presets potencial, how pedal can go to one territory to another surfing the presets.

@JonModular Жыл бұрын
Thanks @JimDonegan! Yes, marbles is quantized to major scale and plays the I, III, V and VII. Oscillators are tunned on C so the main tonality is C Major. The jazz flavour cames from Plaits chords setted to minor 9. When plays the minor 9 chords over the major tonality, plays relatively 'outside' creating this harmonic efect.
