PUB seems numb to comment. Quick to fault drains being blocked by construction works . Now no excuse to blame . They need to check if drains are maintained with no debris or vegetations in drain base.

I used to live in a kampong not far from Ponggol. NEVER flooding. Geylang then was flood-friendly area🤭
