This video was so helpful. The bedmovers were not available on the day we needed to move my mother in law, so I had to do it myself with my wife. Your video was very informative. We were able to do it. Thank you so much! Blessings to you.

You have no idea how much you have helped me as well as many others. I thank you so much. Donated to me for advanced help for my husband that I was able to get home for 1 week to see the Lord take him home. Wasn't supposed to be like this until I find out in the end he got Sepsis that noone told me about. Passing this donated bed to another in need and just wanted to say thank you for a great detailed video that I really needed. Took me 18 hours to put it together alone and will be Ble to set it back up for someone else now and a lot quicker. God Bless You!

I am so grateful for this walk-through on the process. One man delivered the bed and it was set up in bedroom. Today I must move it to the living room, which will be fun (not). It's a single, fortunately. The video gives me the information I need and makes me confident that I am ready to handle this task on my own. Thank heavens for sliders, which I will need since I cannot lift this much weight.

Why is bed leaning on one side
@TryNotToHate14 жыл бұрын
Good luck removing the plastic motor housing, that’s the only part that I was interested in seeing. You clearly haven’t completely dissembled it into separate pieces. Garbage video
@noreenesweeney17924 жыл бұрын
Do you have to be nasty about it? Lots of us found it helpful. Think before you post something.
@TryNotToHate14 жыл бұрын
@@noreenesweeney1792 relax, It’s an incomplete deconstruction of a hospital bed. So, I was speaking candidly about how much a pain in the ass it is to detach the motor housing from the bed frame, so as to thus , separate the head and foot ends of the bed, That’s all...
@deanc818 Жыл бұрын
There’s a huge difference between a *partial solution* (that clearly helps several people) and a “garbage video”. Your comment was an irresponsible use of words, and you clearly failed in “Trying Not to Hate” this time.

Video ends before showing how to divide bed into two pieces. But I've seen this type of bed delivered in two pieces by one guy. This video leaves you at the point where you need two men to carry a still-full-sized bed.

Gotta take the motor off, and open up the head and foot board part. Sit it up sideways and Star in clipping the clips holding together and just take them apart

@@brauliobonilla249 Thank you! We figured it out, last year, and got the bed hauled away, but for other viewers, it's good that you put it in writing.

How to take the headboard off... Then store it in your warehouse that everyone has.

Lol take the battery off, hold the bed and unhook. Boom, one guy carries the head side and the other the foot side. Instead of having to drag it lol. I know because I set them and pick them up from facilities or pt homes.

Thank you for the video, so helpful. The motor to life the head on my sister's Invacare bed model 5000 has gone. We don't know if we can get a replacement part or need to look for another bed. Either way we may need to disassemble the bed. We are in Hamilton, ON. Not sure where to look. Any help greatly appreciated. [email protected]

vikingsmb That's how it should be, though, I could be wrong. There is a huge possibility I am wrong, but that's how I've always seen them set up. I'd taken that bed apart in 2.5 lol

@@Jakepatty69 I fill that gap with some large foam pieces, easily removable but eliminates the concern for pillows sliding down at top of bed.

@89crushin7 жыл бұрын
where does the bed separate into two pieces?
@karenvanhook67485 жыл бұрын
@@89crushin You can see on the video that the head half is clipped to the foot half. That's how they bring them in -- one guy carries half the bed at a time, instead of needing guys to lift 120 lbs. But for some reason these guys stopped disassembling when it was still a full bed needing two men to lift it.
