Hmmm interesting indeed, no wonder Ghana cannot develop due to people who create falsehood propaganda history to deceive Ghanaians. Now let us be truthful to ourselves. The 1966 coup was staged by 3 Ga/Adanbges namely J A. Ankrah, Major A.K. Ocran. Mr J.E.O.Nunoo. 3. Ewes namely Insp. J.W.K.Harley. Mr A.K. Deku. Mr. E.K.Kotoka. 1. Northerner Mr B.A.Yakubu. and 2 day after the coup they invited Mr. A.Afrifa to join the military gurus in Accra because he was stationed in Northern Ghana by Dr Kwame Nkrumah. Mr narrator why don't you ask yourself the reason why JJ Rawlings and Captain Boakye Gyan killed General Achempong and Mr Afrifa. Does it sounds there something fishy in the story whilst General Ankrah was left to die in his old age in a Accra but JJ Rawlings refuse to killed him as well. Ghanaians are hippocrates unless we tell the truth.

The narration was taken from Dark Days in Ghana by Dr. Nkrumah himself. How those 3 Afrifa, Kotoka masterminded his overthrow and later chose Ankrah to be the head of the junta

@@nanakollynxTv stop exhibiting your ignorance attitude. Now you're ashamed to see the truth. Go and listen to Captain Joel Sowu he is still alive and Arthur Quashie. You're still desperate to involve Afrifa. Nonsense why don't you asked yourself the reason why JJ Rawlings and Captain Boakye Gyan killed Afrifa and General Achempong. Because this 2 people know who created the evil 1966 coup. Shameful person like you. Who hate the truth. Captain Boakye Gyan who was born in Gyaman in dormaa region hated the Asantes so he wrote 200 Asantes who were in military and gave it to JJ Rawlings to kill them, but JJ Rawlings saw it as a genocide so he refused which led Captain Boakye Gyan to ran away from Ghana to UK. Learn the proper history and stop your foolishness.

The violent reactions from those who wanted Nkrumah out reveals the deep-seated effects of colonialism and neo-colonialism on the traitor's mindset. Additionally, there was an economic squeeze placed in Ghana from the foreign nations that maintained an international finance domination of the African continent, which caused an effect of Ghana's economy that made it appear there was mismanagement from President Nkrumah. Too many Africans then and now still do not understand the machinations of imperialism much less know its definition. However, there was a Central Intelligence connection made with the coup plotters that would place them in positions of authority as puppet-stooges for sabotaging the 7-year development program (by coup d'etat) of the CPP which, actually, was going as planned before the foreign interference. False propaganda was promptly put in place to confuse as many minds as possible as to what actually happened and why it happened. I must admit that western propaganda is very effective in its goal to confound the thinking of our people. It remains so at the present time as well. Unfortunately, we're going to always deal with the presence of traitors among us not only for selfish purposes, but to also allow foreign nations to continue looting African resources for the individual "rewards" it yields for them. Even today, I'm sure you will agree there are still those types of Africans all over the continent who rather see their own upward mobility than the entire African race on the continent in a collective improvement of social and economic conditions, and of power. We still persevere to the goal of an African Union of States, with an integrated economy for full industrial development. The work goes on.
