Thank you. For ukulele tuning, use G-C-E-A (low to high) but use a low G string. This tuning is for a soprano, concert or tenor ukulele.

Thank you. All of the pieces use a low G string (none use a high G). On a Renaissance guitar, the double G string is in octaves (i.e. both a low G and high G) but it is the low G that is important.

This uses standard linear ukulele tuning (i.e. A-E-C-G with a low G string). If you ignore the notes and just play the tab, it can be played on a classical guitar or baritone ukulele (tuning E-B-G-D-A-E).

I checked that bar and the bars before and after and matched them back to the original tab. I don't see anything missing. You're welcome to email me directly with screen shots so I can verify ... [email protected]

Thank you for the comment. Yes, it is the music software playing the piece. These videos are for evaluation and instructional purposes for those that want to play the pieces that I have arranged (these were originally composed for vihuela) and the performer needs to add phrasing and dynamics to make the music come alive. I've updated the channel description to reflect this.

Thanks for your interest and comment. I'll consider researching and arranging some medieval songs with words, music and chords (I don't have the words for many of these songs; only the music). In the meantime, "Ballads and Songs for Ukulele" has chords, music and words for several 15th to 18th century pieces.

I have not arranged any music by Kapsberger (yet). He's a late Renaissance / early Baroque composer mainly known for his lute and theorbo music. I'll add his name to the list of composers that I'm researching from this time period.
