Yeah I did survived mental health illness for 13 years now been fighting for my life and my demons every day I do struggle mental health all my life and been staying strong as much as I can guys now my older brother Danny waysted is struggling with his huge big loss of his dad he just passed away yesterday night he is gonna have struggles with heartbreak sadness and some depression so I will be supporting him by his side every day mental health is no joke you know I’ve been through me real health stress a lot and it took me a while to stay strong focused on things you know your song panic is a cry for help for my mental health illness at that moment and this song has an emotional impact on the lyrics really hits me love you 🥰
