the pixlr site doesnt work

this didnt work for me, has tf2 patched it by now, or is it still working and i simply did it wrong

Did this stop working after 64-bit update? Now the image shows up for a split-second when selected through Decal Tool window before automatically reverting to my profile pic. I've made sure the file path and file name (with all lowercase) and file format (with extensions on) and image resolution (128x128) are all correct, but it's still like this. Help please?

I tried using a image but when i pressed next, didn't even show the objector with the image on it. Is this a bug or did i do it wrong. (PS: Used a different image and it showed it. But this one doesn't?)

After a very long time of this not working i finally used my brain and created a jpg image resized to 128 then i saved that jpg as a png!

idk if the video is outdated, or if tf2 updated and it bugged, or mine just flat out stopped working, i have exactly everything i have had before, ive made full color signs before, i never messed with the folder names or file name. but for some reason. the preview is colored, but in the editing tab it isnt.

I took a videogame dev course when I was in highschool and one of the assignments was to make a war tanks game. And I wanted to sneak in a lil secret level that's a Touhou tribute where Hitler reveals his "secret weapon made with Nihon-senpai" and then slaps on Flandre's hat and Night of Hitlers starts playing, but I couldn't make the bullet hell mechanics work properly. I did everything in the video and it turned out well but here is my question Is it normal that sometimes only the image of the poster is removed and replaced? because some told me that they couldn't see anything even though the image is already on the poster, and sometimes when I go to the servers the image is no longer there, is it some kind of bug or something like that? and does it have a fix?
