I'm about to lose my marbles over this 224 engine clearancing crap. I shaved everywhere I was supposed to with the dremel and while I had the side cover off I was able to turn the flywheel in full rotations and see inside the engine to make sure everything was moving freely without anything hitting. Then after I put the side cover on and bolt everything up so I could start it and go for a test ride I go to pull the pull starter rope and it doesn't turn a full rotation anymore??? I was like what the hell? What would cause it to only work with the side cover off ? I don't understand what is hitting what and why only when side cover is on? None of the internal parts would be hitting the inside of the side cover I don't think so what could it be? 🤔

Just know if theh roads are bare in winter and its still cold the roads will be slippery with cold ass motorcycle tires. Hence why you havw to break them in with getting heat in them to work properly
