I would suggest an Ipad over a screen tablet. As for the model, you can pick any new version ipad that fits your budget if you're a student. It won't matter!

Hey there. In AI Creator you get 50GB storage, render one image at a time and it's not for commercial use. In Pro plan you get 200GB storage, render 4 images at a time and customer support. You can decide depending on your usage if you're an individual or a company. The Pro plan is worth it but personally I'm not making full use of it.

Hi Steven! You can do it using Rendair. You'll have to sketch over the aerial View picture and upload into the Rendair platform.

Use the poly line command P to draw the shape of the shadow. Remove the stroke of the shape and add a fill for it. Reduce the opacity.

Do the sections have to be made in another software? Rayon doesn't create them automatically?

It doesn't create automatically. But you can draw it within Rayon. It's more like Autocad but made very simple to use.
