Da error al instalar el addon desde un archivo zip me pone !!!! Esto no funciona y ya escrito mil veces bien todo y e seguido los pasos !!!! Alguna solucion???

hola cuando instalo el plugin y doy paso atras para volver a la carpeta me borra todos los archivos ademas, no instala el plugin me da error, me podrias dar algun consejo? he hecho los pasos cambiados instalando primero los addons de video sin instalar el plugin y me aparece el addon con el contenido pero no se ve casi nada, entro en la version de addon y no tiene version, entonces instalo desde repositorio y aparece la version pero los tres primero plugins salen como no disponibles.....no he conseguido mas ni informacion de como solucionarlo, gracias.
