Too bad they didn’t stay together. They could have been a gold metal quartet at some point

I find the English translation of the Tenor/Bass line in the German section to be interesting... I guess they didn't know how to fit the "Engelein" (angels) in the English.

Just got chills listening to this again! Love those days. This choir was so influential to me. I stole the tape of this from my sister and listened to it until it warped. Love it! Thank you Denise and Norris!

On your AC video, did you end up exchanging it? If so did the replacement also do this? What happened? Couldn't comment on that video

It got less noisy after a few months. But it is not a very quiet machine. Either put up with the heat or put up with the noise.

studio vision and then SVP were the best out there at the time, hands down. after Gibson ruined it, I've ended up using a bit of everything since (logic, PT, live, qbase, dp, Sadie, merging,...) but haven't found a replacement yet. did you know, Audio MIDI Setup came from OMS.

If anyone ever makes these Waltrip Girls LPs available on CD, I would very much like to have a copy. I actually had the vinyl in my possession years ago when I met a young teacher (where I was teaching) who sang in this very choir. She loaned me the records and I so very thoroughly enjoyed them, especially the carols. Thanks.

I’m doing this in choir and I’m in jr high lol, it’s one of 3 pieces that we’re learning for our winter concert. We only have like, 16 people in our choir and 3 guys so it should be interesting 😭
