Do u regret not going 60% reduction instead of 45%. I have 42s on a xp4 1000 with 6” dual idlers at 30% and I’m stepping up to 44s I just can’t decide which gear reduction in the new portals

Believe if people would quit pushing on the rzr while it's still moving you would have been fine. I won't let anyone touch mine until it's not moving an inch.

Nope, you can fit with both, but on 8’s and 44’s you’ll have to crank your shocks down and have at least a 6” chop.

are you running 171 9"wides on your old build with the 40s or skinnys? i just ordered 8" portals and debating. curious about the weight difference tearing stuff up. New build on 44s look sick and im assuming are wides by the looks.

Need to put a boot cover over your inner tie rods at the rack. You're killing the rack. Also heims on tie rods at the spindle are not the best way to go if you can run the stock style pin. Kryptonite makes these. I have the same machine and refab front ends on these machines. Your bike is very badass by the way. I enjoy the videos very much.

They are tusk barrier doors off rocky mountain atv, but I would highly suggest nobody buy them. The powder coat starts chipping almost immediately and their customer service is far from good.

Love the new build. I have the rhino shaft on my 2020 rzr 4 highlifter. Do you notice a knocking/rattling sound when your going slow in the front? Mine seemed to have it in stock and it is amplified now that I have the rhino driveshaft

Definitely go with 60% if you plan on actually riding, you can get away with the 45% if it’s just a main trail bike. But honestly gearing is everything, I’d much rather have to much gear reduction than not enough.

@@lomeli19927 Super atv stuff is great man, I think a lot of the people that you hear having issues with their stuff is just by chance. I've never had an issue with any of their parts.
