Correct me if I am wrong, but for me I am not 100% convinced he has cheats. There are some questionable plays and he definitely doesn't know how to throw utility, but some plays seem like just good timing, IDK. At least by the title, I thought it was going to be very evident. I posted a long form video on my channel where 2 players are for sure cheating since they wallbang, headshot all the time while flashed - in one play he is spinbots after headshoting me, etc. and Valve still didn't kick them.

do you see the clips where he starts to push the guy turned around, and then as soon as they walk towards him he immediately tucks in. It’s stuff like that. When he peeks he’s immediately looking at the right area where the guy is. Not clearing things before hand. Staring directly at them into smoke and lighting them up. Sure all of these things can happen but if it’s consistent it’s quite obvious.

It's a known issue with demos because they play back at 32 tick as opposed to 64 when playing live, making things look odd. Same with the sound of the last killing shot of a round might be silent in the demo
