Very low power, even with brand new high quality batteries. There is some suction, but very insufficient even for small amounts of light debris. I consider this product a waste of time and money.

For general information. Do not use granular chlorine as it will settle and burn the tile print off of the vinyl base. Use chlorine tablets in a slow release float. Our pool was damaged within the first week of use.

I was curious so I called Zodiac. They do not make any pool cleaner beyond the mx8 elite. Specifically the mx6, mx6 elite, mx8 and mx8 elite.

I have a rectangular Bestway pool. It is only 2 weeks old and already the printed tiles on the base have faded badly on the floor of the pool. In about 5 places the pattern has disappeared completely. Has anyone else experienced this?

IN mine it shows two differnet sizes of U poles, but they all seem the same to me, and I don't see any markings. Also my straight poles are C-A-A-A-B for the long sides, and E- D for the short sides

What is the size of this pool?

Need to clean out the trap. Have a skimmer that didn't come with a shut off valve. Means I need to drop many hundreds of liters of water just to prevent a flood in my pool area. BESTWAY would you please give me a solution for this?

Purchased a new slide on Facebook , however it was missing a part. Called Sr Smith to order part. The lady said too bad do your homework next time, we don’t sell parts. So now I am out 2500 dollars. She kinda laughed and said it happens all the time. Thanks Sr Smith. Won’t purchase in future. Dealers are passing the buck down to “dumb” customers like myself, because even dealers can’t get parts. Great scheme by Sr smith.

Showing one lady assembling the pool is misleading! You need at least 2 people to do it. The liner and pipes are very heavy and need someone to hold one extreme while you do the other.

Is there an automatic pool cleaner anyone can recommend for the hydrium pools?

we have this pool and just about to install it, but wondering how the liner goes over snuggly over the large two protectors on the ground as they are quite bulky?

This thing is real life saver just sleep my first night on it and this is the first goodnight rest I've had all year. For once, I've woken up with the mattress as firm as I slept in it No loud sounds through the night give me a headache. Good sleep should be the property of all not just those who can afford it goes without saying that my health is gonna greatly improve. This is a wickedly great innovation. This is the biggest b.s. impossible to set this pool up in 15 min as stated. It took me 30 minutes to unpack everything. Took me a whole day to do as all its fixings were out and had to tap and dye new fixings. Getting a female in the video tells you everything. Nothing against females but clearly u can see she is instructed by someone as there is a magical hand helping.

This solar heater really absorbers a lot of solar energy. With 500gal/hr pump, water temperature at the pump output can be 2-3 degree higher than that at the input.

So I bought one of these pools at Costco and then spent $500 on sand to level the ground and fallowed every bit of the instructions including the talc powder to set it up. It looked beautiful after filling it. I ordered the starter kit directly from Bestway. We went out for the day came back and the backyard was 5 inches deep in water and half the water in the pool was gone. We haven’t even gotten to swim yet. I couldn’t imagine what was wrong. I was worried because the electricity from the pump and it was there that most of the water was. I couldn’t figure it out. But I finally saw part of the seam on the underside of the solar heater is not sealed. It’s defective. I have tried requesting a call back from Bestway as the paper in the box says “do not return to store, call us first.” This is not working out to well. I am not sure what to do besides take down the whole thing and return it and then Im out $700 for all the supplies I bought and that’s not counting how much my water bill will be. I would hope they would at least reply. If they just help by exchanging the solar heater everything would be great. Bestway please help!!! Im trying to do as the instructions ask me to do.

Great video as I’m trying to teach someone steps on hose and operation. I have had Intex pools and these bestway pools with pumps filters make it user friendly but they leave out operating steps. Thanks to videos like yours. Warning when these pumps n filters go, but a larger sand filter and 1 to 2 HP motors like real pools. They operate the same but you won’t regret. Green to clear in a day or two. Enjoy
