Good stuff, watching them melt away within 48 hours felt so good, and yes, I used what I mentioned the other day. It actually took a bit more to make them totally disappear, I just go’ogled Melissa Thanderski and days after I still can't believe the comfort.

I know someone is the real deal when their advice about feelings is to feel them ALL. False prophets like to teach people ways to suppress / bypass their dark emotions. You see that a lot these days and it makes me cringe. I appreciate your pure heart, feminine wisdom, and utter devotion to the body. ❤

Wait... Isn't the point of this video to... calm yourself? I bet "cringe" isn't very positive too. At least if one lets themselves get used to looking down on others, like most ppl do to feel better about their own bs, and mostly to shift attention from them. And to see ppl hiding like that while judging others is a big part of how I become... inspired, daily. Personally, I've only offered some "advice" (shared my experiences whenever it seems useful, and more likely to be appreciated) to help someone who basically complains about these feelings. I've dealt with depression (well, had dealt, I think), panic, and after certain personal experiences that only worsened everything on the front of stress levels, plus the pressure that comes with knowing things life is getting even worse and we're not getting younger but older, I ended up actually needing to be angered (opposed that for so long because it can only escalate from there and I knew it all along, but being way too inactive and completely unable to enjoy anything hadn't been putting me on the right track either...). Got some things done, things I was postponing for years, and of course now I end up with weird health issues... Anyhow. To clear some things up: I'm speaking generally and didn't come here to target you, it's just that the cringe part and annoyance + positive video combo sounds clashing to me. I'm not saying don't feel anything negative, obviously ;p Just that we need to filter all the feelings (and interpret the word "negative" in a way that sets boundaries that should never be crossed, no?) logically and not let any roam & reign, obviously... Yeah... reading comments and opinions online (or listening to most ppl irl) is often a negative experience that truly drains hope&trust, etc, if you're not already prepared for the worst, aka realistic, but it's also fun if you're not always visiting the wrong places, and tbh, even the wrong encounters can be satisfying when you're being straightforward and able to expose and spank some of the ppl (trolls?) who just provoke and mock and harass others while preaching for more lunacy in reality, but masking it all with some sort of superiority and confidence, when in the end it's quite obviously a long list of insecurities & complexes. Also, cynicism, hypocrisy and confusion, on top of the previous and more basic forms&stages of sheer stupidity/immaturity/selfishness that all constantly shape a rather nightmarish reality, will of course lead to the opposite of peace and calm and love/trust/support. But when I used to warn about these during my depressed years ppl would try to be "positive", or dismiss everything unpleasant and inconvenient (as they still always do). And nowadays I see more or less the same ppl spreading more hate and exaggerated generalizations and so on, and more self-inflicted prophecies of cynical perspectives and a deep nihilism.

Had even more to mention (like apathy ...and music/lyrics, sleep, and so many other factors) but that's enough and hopefully I can return later if there's anything to be added. But here we are, a pessimist trying to be way more positive than the rest, who sure love the self-destructive behaviors and choices and methods, and have even convinced most ppl that all these are natural and part of some resistance and solution... But that's how ppl's vision works now, they push things towards hell and find excuses to judge and condemn others. This can apply to maaany things but I'll try to refrain from mentioning exact examples here, where ppl seek to ...well, evade and escape the chain of mere consequences. We all need breaks of course, but the solution is truly facing those consequences and where they stem from, but without accepting they're natural and can't be changed. Or maybe I got (almost) everything wrong, or can't express everything properly rn, and can't easily do justice to all things I want to mention, and the rest I don't even think of including because I simply am unaware of; but so far I've been feeling vindicated about being pessimistic regarding ppl and vicious cycles and paradoxes. Oh and btw, if one cannot tell, I don't like the obsession ppl seem to have with that max efficiency and all the forms of greed, nor the obsession with positivity and some sort of "there's no wrong or right, good or evil/bad" propaganda that has twisted everything even further - but, as usual, everyone contributing to more probs sprouting, finds another thing/one to blame for everything, and all double standards & toxic behaviors are excused and nonexistent, or obvious & bad/wrong depending on what's convenient each time for each "tribe" and side and Sainthood.

I feel that is helping me strengthen my weak areas from having arthritis for so long. I am tired of all the medication so I’ve decided to do some thing better and that is get up and move but I have always liked dancing so I put the two together and love your accent and you have motivated me. Hope to continue following you and trying to get my sisters to also check you out. Have a great day and keep up the good work please

Could this help for removing a cyst in the breast if I may ask? I have tried your massages a week ago to help with a lymphatic cleanse but hope this can decrease the cyst I have in my right breast.
@cocoberlin
@cocoberlin Жыл бұрын
Yes, it can. AND: it’s important to have a doctor‘s examination. Our breast consists of glandular, connective and fatty tissue, each of these three types of tissue can form noticeable knots. Doctors estimate that 90% of women will find a lump in their breasts at some point during their lifetime. So there's no need to worry, but you should definitely check in with your gynecologist.
