@@heemlo649 at 1000m to the paper, a camera will be necessary at the target, as hits will not be visible. I don't know what your experience is with long range airguns, but this will not be easy at all, and even with a small change in speed or wind, it will be difficult to stay on paper, so I would recommend the .25 and ATP King, for the most energy and BC. The rifle is set to maximum, i.e. the output pressure from the regulator is 250bar.

FX company solves this by limiting the pressure to 250bar because they know that more pressure damages the o-rings much faster. 2.1. Filling of the pressure container The pressure container may only be used and filled by persons familiar with these instructions. The pressure container forms the outer barrel, through the center of which passes the inner barrel with a bore for guiding the projectile. The outer surface of the barrel is the wall of the pressure container and therefore it is necessary to handle it accordingly. Never disassemble a pressurized pressure container! The container can only be filled with clean filtered dry air. Other gases are not permitted. To increase the service life of the internal seals, it is advisable to store the rifle at a pressure that will be 10 bar lower than the currently set regulated pressure (manometer A). The pressure container can be filled up to 250 bar (25 MPa, 3,600 PSI). In the short term (max. 1hr), the container can be pressurized to 300 bar (4,350PSI). Prolonged high pressurization will quickly damage the seal on the rifle! If the maximum filling pressure is exceeded, you endanger your and others' life and property

@@AirgunRegulator That might be how FX solves it, but what about all the other air guns that have a maximum fill pressure over 250 bar? The Huben K1 has a max pressure of 350 bar and yet the manual has no such warning.

@@heemlo649 perhaps because these manufacturers will not discuss with the customer how to replace the gasket and will send it directly to the dealer or authorized service. We don't do this and we don't want to do it, but at the same time we want to save our customers' time and ours, and therefore follow what is written in the manual, including how the rifle should be stored when it is not being fired, both with ours and other PCP airguns. It is general information, not just our rifles, I know what I'm saying, we've serviced other brand rifles for several years and I can tel youl the condition of the seals exactly by the user's behavior, not directly by the age of the rifle.

Hello, I'm glad you like the videos. Once the regulator is installed you will be able to limit the power to the rifle via the adjustment wheel on the rifle as this limits the flow to the barrel and this will work after the regulator is installed.

So if I put the altaros regulator, this regulator will not influence depending on whether the power selector is at 1,2 or 3. @@josetraperomartinez9978 the output pressure from the regulator is the same for all settings, but if you limit the size of the hole (transferport) between the valve and the barrel, a different total amount of air passes through at the same pressure but different hole size. So for each setting there will be a different total power/muzzle velocity.

266m/s and neither. The power is achieved, thanks to the unbeatable concept of the Altaros M24 rifle system. The output pressure is 190bar and the volume of the chamber with regulated pressure is small below 30 cc

​@@AirgunRegulator 266(m/s) is somewhat low i'd argue. I get that a PCP becomes more efficient with decreasing velocity...but imho 300(m/s) is the optimal velocity. Lower velocities will increase the hang time which in turn increases ilexposure time to wind. Instinctively, i'd trade mass of the bullet for velocity keeping the energy constant. Have you tried that? Does a heavy slug really justify the tradeoff?

@@aleksandrsnaumovs4277 I am able to get them at 300m/s, but it is a disadvantage, as at this speed the total wind deviation is bigger than at 280m/s, as you are already moving in the transonics area (over 0.8 mach).

The regulator type that needs to have an atmosphere connection uses atmospheric pressure as a reference value if it does not connect with the atmosphere, then over time could change the output pressure.
