nobody starts to clean the snow from the sidewalks; zero community awareness or bond.

I've been to Yellowstone 4 times from SoCal all during summer but looks much better with snow and less people. Lol.
@lifesubalpine6 күн бұрын
Nice! Yeah definitely a different vibe in winter, we love it. It would be even better if all the roads were open to cars but we’ll take what we can get. Thanks for watching 🙂👍🏼

@lifesubalpine I see, only downside is road closure.

Sorry but that animal at the beginning of the video is in fact a coyote, you were correct. You can tell when it take those few steps forward 10 seconds into the video

You’d get more views if you edited 75% of this video out. A quick hitting 20 seconds would be sufficient for what you are trying to show. Thanks for posting.

I can only make out to yellowstone in November. I believe the only place open is Mammoth Hot springs. Is it worth the trip? What animals and experiences can you see out there?
@lifesubalpine3 ай бұрын
I would say if November is the only time you can make it, yes, it’s definitely still a good time to go. I believe the Grand Loop Rd leading from Mammoth to Cooke City is open the whole stretch, through Lamar Valley. We’ve gone several times down that path in the winter. However I would still check the road conditions. Bison of course, possibly wolves or coyotes. Enjoy, have a tailgate or picnic, it’ll be fun either way 🙂👍🏼

How long is the Alpine slide?
@lifesubalpine5 ай бұрын
Time wise and depending on how fast you go. I’d say about 3-5 minutes. Elevation or length wise, I’d say around 300 ft of a gradual decline. Just a rough guess though 👍🏼

Does having the hatch open to kill your battery even if your lights are off?
@lifesubalpine6 ай бұрын
It hasn’t happened yet….however I just had the 4Runner auxiliary or power cut off the other day to save battery life lol. So there must be some sort of battery save mechanism on the newer 5th gen???
