So that happens due to the moisture from the air, they are hygroscopic which basically means they absorb water vapour. You need to put them in a air tight container and keep them in a dark dry area ☺️ for now put them in a ziplock bag and then bash them down again with a rolling pin xxxx

Oh no not Birkenstocks don’t put them through the wash, these are just primark slippers. For Birks you’d need to wash by hand with a limited amount of liquid. PLEASE don’t throw them in the washing machine even in a laundry bag on a delicate cycle as it will likely damage them, same with Uggs they can’t go in the washing machine either ☺️🩷xxxx

Oh my goodness please don’t be, I have had so much help from various different people along the way, unfortunately I have multiple anxiety disorders that run alongside each other so each one requires a different type of treatment, but I’m years down the road now and I wish I was diagnosed sooner. It’s really impossible to speak to doctors about how you feel, it’s never as bad as what our brains will lead us to believe ☺️
