actually it is aluminum and was milled out on a cnc mill

I put one of these together a couple months ago. I broke the blue LED (no biggie) but everything else seemed correct when testing with the multi-meter. For me, I could turn the unit on, see the Picicle logo, then the unit would shut down. I messed with it for a month, or so, trying to figure out what was wrong. I never got it to work. Finally gave up and tore the PiZero off to use on other projects.
