I like this idea . We have been encouraged to use this . However as a sales rep , it’s very difficult to manage a conversation with mural. Wish we had a template or framework like GRIP and 4 O’s for these type of conversations.

Empathy is extremely important for growth and it isn't a weakness. It can lead to beautiful collaboration and healthy negotiation. Negotiation as a core skill takes time to learn, it is a constant process. Acing this means being in the other person's shoes and seeing things from their perspective.

More and more companies need to focus on the capabilities of individuals over gender. The only way to achieve diversity is to not focus on gender, race, religion while hiring. Regardless of gender, being authentic and empathetic is also important to grow as a leader.

If empathy is practiced, it shouldn't be viewed as a sign of weakness. It is your willingness to put yourself in other's shoes and understand their situation. Good one.

Hard conversation in a soft way will ensure that the negative vortex of energy is avoided. If the Sales leader or manager are able to differentiate between Performer and the performance, then the victim will no longer be a victim, rather he may become a warrior soon.

The vortex of negative energy created by the Prosecutor, Victim, and rescuer drama triangle does not help in accelerating sales, especially at the end of the month. It's important to remember this and prevent such a vortex that drains every sales professional of the energy.

I've only spoken greatly about organizations that I have worked for, that have the best culture. And have recommended them to high-potential people that I know, quite proudly. Afterall your employees are your best word of mouth advertisers, no?
