@Drealhector none of them can be done online. You have to enter the banking hall. Ask them you need your BVN Profile Paper. That's what you'll upload in that section on your Jumia store

Then she too should a take a picture and raise a claim stating same thing as the agent. She should follow up with Jumia by raising a claim when she does hear anything. Jumia should retreive the package and pay her for that damage. This might not happen all the time. But it can happen to help her recover her nine for the damaged item. Because Jumia’s delivery agents shouldn't collect and return such item.

@benjaminoluwatosin1220 through waybill. Contact Qurnex to start selling. Send your goods after they're listed on your Jumia/Konga store. Once your goods are stored, whenever you get an order, Qurnex picks, package and fulfil the orders for you.

@classicprodesign1915 your 2nd option cannot be done on Jumia whether you run Jumia ads or not. With Jumia, you have to have the products you want to sell on ground before even listing them. Because even without ads, you can get an order anytime, and Jumia expects you to ship that order. If not, the store will be delisted.

@classicprodesign1915 when we introduce new unknown or unproven products, we spend a few bucks on Jumia ads. But once sales start coming in, we stop. In general, we don't run Jumia Sponsored Ads, but rely mostly on the other metrics that guarantees sales. Which are 1. Getting a top/good selling (or high in demand) product. 2. Listing the items properly with great pictures, descriptions and SEO in mind.

For the new or unknown products, will you buy the products first in small quantity and run the ads Or will you run the ads and when you see that it is selling and you are getting orders, you would then turn off the ads and buy the products

When shipping from which manufacturer?

@@EssiensJourney hi,I meant in the case where one is drop shipping from AliExpress for example....when purchasing from the supplier in AliExpress do I put Jumia's dropoff location as the address or my client's who ordered on Jumia?

@@sisina4933 First off, you cannot dropship with Jumia. You have to purchase all the goods you want to sell and have them stored with you or third party like Qurnex. Then when you get an order, you'll need to pick up the item, packaged it, and shipped to Jumia. Jumia delivers to your customer and remit to you. Secondly, if you're purchasing wristwatches from a supplier like Dealrr, you'll also need to buy the quantity you need and ship them whenever you get an order.

That's exactly what Qurnex does. Print and ships all your orders for you.

Importation from China is great if you have no local supplier of a product. But if you can find local suppliers or manufacturers of certain products, you can purchase from them and sell them on your store.
