I too have a similar Alexander tetradrachm from Tarsus featuring what looks like a rudder to identify the mint. I was confused as to whether it was a lifetime issue as it has Zeus's legs open not crossed yet has the title King Alexander in Greek. You may have answered my question. Thanks. Enjoying your videos.

Laurel wreath. In Ancient Rome, it was worn on the head as a symbol of triumph. The symbol of the laurel wreath is from Greek mythology.

Roughly $1 per gram so like $10 in raw silver value. Don't think they're rare enough to be expensive collectors items I sure do wish modern coins were shaped like this instead of the lame circular pucks we use... Using silver nuggets as currency is a lot cooler than crappy paper money.
