❤merry Christmas. I am always confused regarding the best way of doing hoponopono which will take care of onself and cleaning for family members.. I tend to get upset with people and blame them invariably. Do I say it to myself or Divine. How to do for mom's health or my stuck emotions or any other person's issue, for that matter. The important thing is you have to take 100% responsibility for what you’re experiencing-whether it’s emotions, relationships, or someone else’s health. To answer your question: Yes, you say the phrases to the Divine Intelligence within you or the Universe whatever aligns to you . You’re essentially cleaning the memories or energy in YOU that might be contributing to what you’re perceiving in others. For your mom’s health or other issues, you can focus on what you feel about the situation-worry, sadness, frustration-and clean those emotions. You’re not directly fixing the issue, but clearing your part, which then results in healing the person or situation Just keep repeating the phrases with love and trust, and let Divine Intelligence guide the process.
