the reason why Ariel's hair is red is actually because blond hair underwater looked sickly green and not healthy blond, its not because of Madison.

Classic 80's movie. The way they did the music was great. Hard for producers to find an actress short enough to play opposite of MJF, Helen did a great job.

I had no idea that MJF was a smoker back then. When I saw the shoe thing when watching this movie, I figured he was just wearing a well worn pair of shoes and stepped on something while walking around.

I was in disbelief when I saw this scene the first time, kinda paralyzed, not sure to burst out laughing or screaming in horror of the sh*tshow unfolding in front of my bleeding eyes.

Another major aspect is how much Nate idolizes Roy. He wants to be Roy. He wants to wear black. He wants to get the girls (kiss Keiley). And when Ted bring Roy on as a coach Nate sees it has him getting replaced with someone better. Who would want Nate when you could have Roy? From that point onwards he’s so desperate for Ted to notice him. This makes even more sense when you realize the relationship Nate has with his father. He wants fatherly approval. And when Ted doesn’t give it, he goes to Rupert.

I really feel like they fumbled Nate's story arc in season 3. I think that Nate needed a comeuppance, not a redemption. Or maybe a comeuppance followed by a redemption. But plenty of other characters got redemptions throughout the series, why did we need another one for one of the show's main villains? Other than that, Ted Lasso is a great show!

Not sure that a Buford spinoff would have worked since it would be exactly the same as the Sheriff Lobo spinoff of BJ and the Bear. Which was too similar.

Not just back in the day it is true today as well!! Anything that has federal taxes on it alcohol or tobacco has a state-specific federal tax! You can not move any to another state without the necessary paperwork showing that the taxes have been applied properly!

Well I can understand the “toddler run” as a normal run for a small child, she’s 10 years old, but she’s a petite, short 10 year old. I think she was purposely picked for the role BECAUSE she’s small for her age. Carrie Fisher was below average height. But there’s a difference between running for the purpose of getting to an item or place you want for fun or leisure, and running for your life. As you can see in the chase scene, her speed increases because she’s in danger and actually running for her life to escape these people who she knows have the intention of hurting her. Plus maybe subconsciously or unconsciously, without her knowing she’s doing it, she uses the force a little bit to aid her and help her run faster. I know she doesn’t know anything about the force let alone the fact that she has it. If she uses the force a little in that scene, she has no idea she’s doing obviously. I think if I’m remembering correctly, Anakin when he’s in the pod race, before he’s done any Jedi training, he uses the force unknowingly to help him in the race. I think someone who doesn’t know about the force, if they have it, if they’re in a life or death situation, will use it involuntarily.

Idk what the ppl in these comments are on about with saying this show is somehow much worse than Ted Lasso. Its not Ted Lasso, its a different show with a slightly different vibe, and you must remember ted lasso already has its full story complete in 3 whole seasons, shrinking has like a third of that. Idk what they're gonna do with season 2, but I've enjoyed the show so far and i disagree with some of the criticism ive heard, ofc ppl are entitled to their opinions though
@miguelservetus95345 ай бұрын
Shrinking seems forced. Had a great premise but humor didn’t flow. And unlike Lasso, the characters did not seem real and not very likable.
