The combo here: DR, 5HK, 6, 4HP, 236MK+HK, 236MK+HK, DR, 4HP, DRC, 4HP, 236MP, 236236P You can replace 236MP with 236HP to hit 6492 dmg. The momentary forward movement lasts for about 5 frames. You need to hit a punish counter, have 5 medals, and be low on health to acheve this damage. Punish counter is most important because it gives just enough frames for this combo to start. Starting from 4HP instead of 5HK on the punish counter shorts you on about 500 dmg but makes the combo much easier.
