This is crazy,I bought this bike off marketplace a few months ago. Bike is the same as the video but it lost that sweet ass gas tank at some point. Still runs great!

replace that stock chain tensioner. it can go into the wheel spokes and wreak havoc a wreck everything! 🙀. a spring loaded tensioner that mounts to the engine case is online for $15 to $20

awesome build! but my main concern is just the exhaust, 2 strokes need exhausts that provides back pressure, straight piped exhausts will not give you back pressure, thus you'll lose some power

Farhan Izzat so str8 pipe is not good for 2 stroke. I got a new exhausts coming tomorrow hopefully but will look into this

A 2 stroke needs a proper exhaust, a 4 stroke may be straight piped Good choice on the ~2.5” tires

Calling that a “Cafe Racer” is an insult to those Englishmen who raced Triumph’s,BSA’s and Norton’s from one cafe to another, down narrow roads at 100mph.

Takeing off from dead start is too much on stock clutch that is why you need pedal so you burn the clutch and if that copper pipe has no baffles you are losing torque 2 stroke need back pressure

Need to throw that engine in the garbage Try a billet bottom end, find a balanced crank. Use an actual iron sleeved cylinder like a Morini, add a billet head. Find a cheap reed & a decent carb. Fab up a pipe and quiet it down holy balls

Needs pedals and a dirt bike pipe Pull starter going to break 27mph bike
@erikdesigns7047
@erikdesigns7047 4 жыл бұрын
How come in needs pedals? The only reason I see for pedals to be needed is to start it without a pull start or electric start kit. I find pedals to simply get in the way imo. Also what do you mean by the pull start going to break 27mph bike? Btw I’m simply curious and don’t have much experience with these 2 stroke kits.
@ChristopherJones16
@ChristopherJones16 3 жыл бұрын
hmm i was going to ditch my pedals because theyll just get iin the way and make the bike look silly... but youre right.. pedals are a lifesaver if the both the push start fails and the rope snaps .. then he will have wished he kept his pedals.. so I think im going to ditch the cranks and pedals and carry them in a bag with me in case i need to re attach them for an emergency start.
